How does billing work?
Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or annually. Annual billing applies a 20% discount and is charged once per year up front. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time — the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace drops to the Starter tier. Your agents, audit history, and recordings within Starter limits are preserved.
What is the difference between self-hosting and cloud?
Self-hosted TucDesk runs the full stack — rendezvous, relay, API, and dashboard — on your own infrastructure. Cloud plans add managed operations: we run the infrastructure, handle upgrades, and store encrypted recordings for you.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Yes. For fleets beyond 500 agents, custom SLAs, SSO/SCIM, dedicated relay regions, or procurement requirements, contact us for an enterprise agreement. Enterprise includes a named support contact and security review assistance.
